This project was a freelance endeavor that tested my skills on a new level as I had never taken on a freelance project in which I hired a team to work with me until this one. The project was to develop a new web presence for the client’s three archery stores. This included three separate websites, an online reservation system for their indoor archery range and a brand new logo. I worked as the communicator and team leader between the client and my team. The team consisted of two designers and a web developer. I provided design feedback to the designers regarding logo design and site design. I ensured the web developer had a clear understanding of the client’s needs for the reservation system and coded the custom Wordpress template on my own.
This project shows that I am able to communicate clearly, lead a team, work with a variety of people, work without direct supervision while staying on task and that I am self motivated.
